Hi, I’m Nic Varda, founder of Elevate Your Home Columbus.
I’ve been working in construction since I was 16, building experience from hands-on positions to leadership roles. I spent over a year as a roofing project manager and two years as a superintendent for a home builder here in Columbus, where I was responsible for building entire neighborhoods and delivering homes that were truly move-in ready.
Today, I work as a project engineer in commercial construction, sharpening my organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail even further.
